Shipping Policy

We currently ship to the continental United States only. Shipping and handling charges apply to all promotional items. Orders are typically processed within 2–3 business days.

Return Policy

Due to the nature of our promotional items being provided free of charge, all items are final sale. We do not accept returns or exchanges. If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of receipt and we will make it right.

Refund & Dispute Policy

For association memberships, customers may cancel at any time. If you believe you were charged in error, contact us at support[at]goodnews.pub and we will review your case. Refunds are processed at our discretion. Shipping & handling charges are non-refundable.

Cancellation Policy

Memberships can be canceled at any time through your account portal or by emailing us. Cancellations take effect immediately and you will not be charged again.
